At Range Heating we have been installing boilers throughout Cheshire and South Manchester for over 10 years, and throughout that time we have been dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We care about our customers and make it a priority to treat your home as if it were our own.
Your Home is Our Home
As part of this commitment, we take a number of steps to ensure that once the work is complete, your home is left in the condition it was found. Before beginning our installations, we assess the areas of your home where we will be working.
If there will be an increased footfall over an area of carpet or laminate, we will put down sticky back plastic covers and use plastic overshoes to protect your floors. We will also place the plastic covers over any soft furnishings or furniture which we feel needs extra protection from dust and dirt that may occur from the work.
And, instead of placing equipment onto unprotected surfaces where it has the potential to cause damage, we’ll often use rubber-backed mats to help protect your floors and tables. The last thing you need to worry about is scratches, marks, and dirt covering your home which is why we aim to work as mess free as possible.
Our Commitment To Your Boiler
At Range Heating, we have our own standards for boiler installations and whilst most installation companies often rush the job to get to the next customer, we like to take our time. With every combi boiler installation, we take 2 full days to ensure your system is working at maximum efficiency and that the system is flushed to allow time for a full analysis. With larger or more complicated systems this can be up to 5 days depending on the system.
A good boiler should last you around 15 years with regular servicing provided it is installed correctly and the heating system is thoroughly cleaned out, which is why every year we will send you a reminder to ensure you are getting the most out of your investment!
Our Commitment To You
A new boiler can set you back upwards of £1800, which is why we offer free home consultations to help you better understand what price you would be expecting to pay.
This can all depend on your current system, the size of your property, how many bathrooms you have, temperature controls and so on, all of which we will factor into our assessment. We will always provide you with fixed written estimates that include everything you’ll have to pay- no hidden fees!
We know a new boiler is a big decision and you’ll need time to think about it which is why we’ll never pressure you for a decision. You can take as much time as you need comparing quotes and understanding the breakdown of the costs before making your final decision.
